If you have tried adding themes recently to Chrome Dev Tools you will have noticed that they often break after Chrome updates. By following these instructions that won't happen and the theme will remain even after updates.
- Download Brogrammer Extension
- Enable DevTools Experiments (chrome://flags/#enable-devtools-experiments)
- Open Dev Tools in Chrome
- Click Settings Cog (far right)
- Select Experiments
- Check Allow Custom UI Themes
- Restart Chrome
To install to Sublime Text
- Download Brogrammer for Sublime Text.
- Unzip and rename to
Theme - Brogrammer - Copy to
~/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text/Packages - Open Sublime Text
- Open Sublime Text Pref File (CMD+,) & add the following

- Save Pref File
